Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all photography services provided by John Bradburn (the “Photographer”). By hiring the Photographer, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Services: The Photographer agrees to provide the Client with the photography services as described in the agreed upon service contract.
Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the agreed upon fee for the photography services provided. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Cancellation: If the Client wishes to cancel a scheduled photography session, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If the Client fails to give sufficient notice, they will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled photography session.
Copyright: The Photographer retains the copyright to all photographs taken during the photography session. The Client is granted a limited license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client may not sell or otherwise distribute the photographs without the express written permission of the Photographer.
Model Release: The Client hereby grants the Photographer the right to use the Client’s likeness in the photographs for promotional or other purposes, as determined by the Photographer.
Limit of Liability: The Photographer will use their best efforts to produce high-quality photographs, but does not guarantee that every photograph will be free from defects. The Photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a result of the photography services provided.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the state of England.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client with respect to the photography services provided. Any changes to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
